TRAINING BARMANIADA – Etapa Finala – Entertainment

Luni, 23 noiembrie, ora 12.00 are loc trainingul pregatitor pentru concurentii la cea de-a patra si ultima etapa Barmaniada – Entertainment (8 decembrie).

Trainingul va fi sustinut de Liviu Croitoru (Limes) si Costin Gache (Interbelic Cocktail Bar), care vor explica participantilor regulamentul in detaliu si vor discuta despre cum se poate obtine un punctaj cat mai mare la aceasta etapa.

Top 10 – cele mai tari cocktailuri – BARMANIADA, 3 noiembrie 2009

Iata cocktailurile preparate de primii 10 finalisti BARMANIADA – etapa de mixologie, care a avut loc la Tonka Soul Cafe saptamana trecuta.

Concurentii au avut de preparat cate trei cocktailuri  - reteta proprie – din categoriile: Martini si Long Drink. Iata retetele castigatoare, in ordinea punctajului obtinut!

  • Glass : martini/cocktail glass                         
  • Garnish:lemon peal
  • 60 ml Beefeater    
  • 15 ml coffee liqueur 
  • 15 ml fresh lime juice
  • 10 ml  maple syrup
  • 6 stafide
  • Absinthe 15 ml
  • Top up vin spumant dry 

Preparare: absinthe si apa pt aromatizarea si racirea paharului paharului ,aruncati absinth-ul,  muddle stafide cu siropul de artar si fresh-ul de lime,shake toate ingredientele mai putin vin spumant ,double strain si top up vin spumant dry

  • Glass:High Ball
  • Garnish:boboci de trandafiri

  • 4-5 visine
  • 20 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 1+1/2 barspoonfull brown sugar
  • Top up rose syrup,   Angostura bitters   

            Preparare: flambati visinele ,zaharul brun si bitters in mixing glass,adaugati si celelalte ingrediente,shake puternic,strecurati peste gheata pisata,top –up rose syrup

  • sfecla
  • gin  50ml
  • lichior pepene rosu 50ml
  • 20 ml sirop zahar cu infuzie de staranis+ardei iute
  • 10 ml fresh lime
  • pahar martini de la voi
  • garnish ardei iute

 

Mudlling de sfecla in boston, shake & fine strain

Paharele de martini frapate .

Am folosit sfecla rosie pentru ca este considerata cel mai bun detoxifiant natural al ficatului si m-am gandit ca in combinatia cu alcool este bine venita.

In loc de staranis putem folosi anason normal sau chiar sambuca.

Va fi o bautura tare, dulceaga si  iute, iar cine doreste sa o faca si mai iute doar roteste ardeiul pe buza paharului.

Am ales denumirea  bauturii datorita culorii si a aromelor obtinute.

    Nume: Mrs. Mistery
    Ingrediente: 1oz gin Beafeter, 3/4 Red Dubonnet, 3/4 Yellow Chartreuse, 1/4 Marie Brizard Triple Sec, 1/4 Armagnac.
    Metoda: Stir and Strain.
    Pahar: Chilled Cocktail Glass 150 ml.
    Garnish: Orange Twist.

    2. Long Drink            

    Nume: Mrs. Ambiguu
    Ingrediente: 1 1/2 oz gin Beafeter, 3/4 Dry Vermouth, 1/2 Creme de Cassis, 1oz Orange Juice, 1 egg white, Dash of Angostura Bitters.
    Metoda: Shake and Double Strain.
    Pahar: Collins 250 ml.
    Garnish: Orange Slice.
